About The Seller:
Farm Sales & Service can trace its roots back to the late 1940's as an Allis-Chalmers dealership in Franklin, TN. The current owner, Ronnie Hill, and his former partner John Taylor, bought the business from Hubert Hill in 1976. They also purchased an International Harvester dealership in Franklin earlier that year. In 1978 both dealerships were moved south to Spring Hill, TN due to urban sprawl from Nashville just 15 miles north of Franklin. In 1984 the decision was made to discontinue selling the IH line, and in 1985 GM's new Saturn division announced plans for a new plant in Spring Hill, TN. The property was sold with John Taylor leaving the business to go back to his large farming operation, and Ronnie Hill building a new building for the A-C and New Holland lines in the current location in Eagleville, TN. In 1991 the decision was made to discontinue selling new tractors and focus on used tractors and the complete line of Bush Hog equipment. This has proven to be a good move, and business has been good with sales made all over the eastern U.S. We invite you to contact us, and let us use our many years of experience to help you with your farm equipment needs.
